Our Company policy is to provide our customers with quality products and to ensure that our Customer Service is meeting your needs. We make every effort to be sure that orders are filled accurately and completely and are shipped in a timely manner. We want to keep you, our customers, happy and we are committed to maintaining a good working relationship with you. ORDERINGOrders may be placed via our website 24 hours a day, or by calling Mon – Fri 9am – 4pm on (07) 3715 5244. If your call is unanswered, please leave your name and phone number so we may contact you. All prices are listed exclusive of GST. The GST component will be added to the invoice total once order is finalised. There is no minimum amount for an order. No order is too small. Shipping charges will be applied to each order according to weight, packaging size and destination. SHIPPINGWe use either FASTWAY or Australia Post as our freight carrier whichever is determined as the cheapest at time of dispatch. Freight calculation is based on weight, size of packaging and postcode. Orders are shipped within 3 to 4 days of order as long as stock is available. DAMAGED SHIPMENTIf you receive a parcel that is broken or damaged or in a “non-acceptable” condition, please contact us , to discuss the return of the parcel. METHOD OF PAYMENTPayment is required within 30 days of the invoice date of your order. We accept payment by VISA and Mastercard credit cards as well as cheques and direct debit. Please call us on (07) 3715 5244 to arrange payment. RETURN POLICYIf you have an item to return, please call us on (07) 3715 5244 or contact us via email for authorization to return an item(s). Returned merchandise must be received in its original packaging and in good condition to be accepted by us. Any "Custom Orders" for golf accessory products are non-returnable unless there was an error on our part. CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERSWe will be happy to handle Custom or Special Orders for our customers. Please contact us by phone on (07) 3715 5244 to discuss this in more detail. No refunds or returns will be made on Customised Product Orders unless there has been an error on our part.
